Find Your Frame or SKU Number

Wood Furniture

Your wood furniture (casegoods) should have a sticker, like the one shown here. Depending on the item you purchased, the label may be attached to the warranty & care card, on the underside of a top or on the back panel of the item.

Please type in the SKU number for each item. If you purchased more than one of the same item (such as 4 dining chairs), please select the appropriate quantity to the right of each SKU number.

If you purchased more than three different items, please complete the form again until you have registered all your items.

Upholstered Furniture

Your upholstered furniture should have a sticker, like the ones shown below. Depending on the item you purchased, the label may be attached to the warranty & care card or on the back of the law label under the cushion or the bottom of the frame.

Please type in the frame number for each item. If you purchased more than one of the same item (such as 2 chairs), please select the appropriate quantity to the right of each frame number.

If you purchased more than three different items, please complete the form again until you have registered all your items.
